Sales and Marketing Coordinator


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor Degree Required

ROLE: To prepare and maintain marketing reports, work on special projects and provide support for the sales and marketing department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  1. Perform as a liaison between Regional Manager and Division Presidents, VPs of Sales, and VPs of Construction in receiving monthly reports, scheduling meetings and typing correspondence.

  2. Prepare and type monthly reports, such as:
    Sales Statistics
    Top ten sales reports by dollar volume and by net sales /gross/net by.
    3 phone call follow-ups and phonations.
    Turnover report.
    30-day training report and attendance of training classes
    Spec report and lot aging report.
    Sales by salesperson

  3. Maintain division overview distribution, financials, and management report folders such as:
    Division overview statistics
    Financials
    Lot information from bank report
    Spec Report
    Lot report
    Risk report
    Sales statistics

  4. Prepare monthly ABC ratings for Division president, V.P. of sales, V.P. of construction and ABC Regional. Include GE 4 – “E”s

  5. Periodically work on special projects – ie. Brochures, etc

  6. Create monthly marketing and statistic notebooks.

  7. Organize meetings and follow thru on corporate sales promotional programs. i.e. Home Of the Year.

  8. Schedule, secure location, publicize monthly marketing meeting for Marketing department.

  9. Obtain Decorating budget report and act as liaison for decorating sign-off forms.

  10. Shop competition as requested and compile competition reports.

  11. Provide back up for travel and marketing coordinator.
