What do you enjoy most about working for Mercedes Homes?

The people, forming alliances, and gaining the trust of customers.

What was your career path?

I got my degree in marketing, and never really wanted to go into sales. But at Mercedes Homes, I don’t feel like a salesperson; I feel like I’m taking care of homeowners. Everyone becomes part of a family.

Within Mercedes Homes, what position did you enter into? What positions have you moved to from there?

I entered in as junior sales and moved up to sales representative.

How does Mercedes Homes support your career goals?

I would like to go into management, and there are opportunities there. Mercedes Homes offers extensive training, and you learn something new everyday to help prepare you for advancement. I get to work in several communities, so I meet many different people and that makes my work enjoyable for me.

Why would you recommend Mercedes Homes for college graduates?

Because of the OUTSTANDING training programs. Plus, you really feel like you are part of something bigger than just selling houses.
