When we caught up with Monica, she had been working for the company for less than 60 days. This is what she had to say:

What do you enjoy most about working for Mercedes Homes?

The company atmosphere. Even though it’s a large company, there is still a non-corporate, small company feel.

The people, the job description, and the ability to get my hands on different aspects of the company rather than just marketing. It seemed promising not to be tied to one thing.

The people, the atmosphere, the corporate culture. Mercedes Homes values their employees and they want you to stay. They will find a place for you and let you grow. Plus, the benefits package is great! They ultimately care about your well being, recognize you have a life outside of work, and so there is a balance between family and work.
