Because residential building is booming and here to stay. Mercedes Homes is a great place to work; you get to meet people from other divisions, people from all levels, and everyone seems very happy with the company. Everyone is excited and open-minded, and very eager to learn and grow with the company.What is your typical day like?
I start at 7 am and check scattered lots. I drive my route in the morning, check on my houses, and make sure everything is ready for the day’s scheduled inspections. Also, I make sure everything is scheduled properly, answer phone calls, and work out any problems that may come up. In addition, I order materials, such as bathtubs, windows, doors, and I double check trades and blocks before building.
