The trade partners and the homeowners; they are really great to work with.

What was your career path?

Assistant builder (6 months) > builder > estimating (6 months) > back in field as a builder

Mercedes is a great company with good moral values. They are family-owned, and concerned with how to treat employees. Plus, there are great benefits and stock options, especially since they are 100% employee owned. And the interviewers are outstanding, creating a warm feel for the company.

How does Mercedes Homes support your career goals?

Mercedes Homes will provide any training you need. I have been participating in the management training program. There are a lot of classes to help prepare you for advancement.

Why would you recommend Mercedes Homes for college graduates?

It is a great place to start and a great place to stay! There is a great training process, and they really allow you to get your feet wet in a hurry. Plus, employees have stock options with no investment!
