Why NOT a Foreclosure?

NEGLECTED HOMEOWNER MAINTENANCE
Often, homeowners anticipating foreclosure will not spend the time or money on the maintenance necessary to keep a house in good shape. Some dissapointed homeowners may even intentionally sabotage the house before leaving.

MOLD
With humidity in the home, especially if the air conditioning is not running, mold can be a big problem. And sometimes it can be hidden behind a wall where an inspector can't see it. Once mold takes hold on drywall, there's usually no hope for it to slow down.

NO WARRANTY
While some home warranties are transferable, foreclosures are sold "as is". A foreclosure is a prime example of the old saying "let the buyer beware".

BUILDING DEFECTS
