Mercedes Homes' Southwest Florida Division Receives Presigious Industry Awards
Fort Myers, Fla. —Mercedes Homes’ Southwest Florida division won several awards for one of their Burnt Store models at the Builders' Showcase Awards Banquet held February 9th at Harborside Event Center in Fort Myers.
The event served to jump start the 2006 Cape Coral Construction Industry Association Builders' Showcase Tour of Homes, where potential home buyers have the opportunity to visit the best models that homebuilders in Cape Coral have to offer. The showcase began Saturday, Feb. 11, and ran through Sunday, Feb. 19. Participating builders compete for various awards divided by price categories including best exterior, kitchen, bathroom, pool area, interior design, floor plan, energy efficiency and landscaping along with special features awards.
Mercedes Home’s featured model was the Jacqueline II model located in the Burnt Store community of Cape Coral. The model, which includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, has 3486 total square feet and features a study/fifth bedroom and a three-car garage. The Jacqueline II won in the categories of best landscaping, best interior and best energy efficiency.
