Builder Magazine ranks Mercedes Homes, Inc. as the 20th largest builder in the United States.

Florida Today - Business of the Year

This award, won in 1999, recognizes businesses that continue to have a positive impact on the communities of Brevard, Florida. After nearly two decades in business, Mercedes Homes has grown to be one of the largest home builders in the State of Florida. With a mission to give back to the communities that support them, they contribute annually through volunteer efforts and/or monetary donations to more than 30 local community organizations. It is through their dedication to their customers, leadership in the community, emphasis on quality and their employee development process that Mercedes Homes continues to have a positive impact on the communities of Brevard.

People's Choice Award

Builder magazine surveyed families from 15 states to choose the homes they liked the most, based on the overall look of the exterior, windows and layout design. Readers chose our Ascott Bay home from over 438 entries.

1996 National Housing Quality Award

This award, sponsored by Professional Builder magazine and the NAHB Research Center, is regarded as the highest level of quality achievement in the housing industry. Mercedes Homes is the only builder in the region to receive this prestigious award which recognizes quality home planning, quality management, and customer satisfaction.

The Best in American Living Award

This award, sponsored by Professional Builder and Remodeler magazine, recognizes excellence in the architectural design of a home, as well as the detailing and value.
